gcsrss.com™ offers (essentially) unlimited data transfer to customers purchasing our Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Plus hosting plans. Under this special offer, customers may have (essentially) unlimited data transfer from their Web site. Since true "unlimited" would be impossible, "(Essentially) Unlimited Data Transfer" means there is a cap of 50 Gigabytes of transfer per month. You would have to have an enormous website with an enormous number of visitors to get anywhere close to this limit. The main purpose of this plan is to eliminate the stress of you worrying about how much "extra" you might be billed for "overages" of bandwidth at the end of a month for our other hosting plans.
gcsrss.com™ provides unlimited data transfer in good faith to our customers so they may create their Websites without the fear of running over their allotted data transfer. While most customers will use the unlimited data transfer for their legitimate Website needs, we recognize that others may try to take advantage of our offer. In the best interests of our customers and to maintain the integrity of our service, the following common sense rules will apply:
Rule 1: Customer may not use their Website to store Web pages, files, or data for other IP addresses or domain names, nor may Customer use its Web site as a repository for files, data, or "Warez" download transfers.
Rule 2: gcsrss.com™ does not permit sites in the Unlimited Plans where 20% or more of the monthly traffic is from file downloads (unless approved by gcsrss.com).
Rule 3: Customer may not utilize CGI/PERL chat, JAVA chat or any other chat scripts (unless approved by gcsrss.com).
Rule 4: Customers must pay additional bandwidth fees for database server or Windows Media server transfers that exceed 10GB, in the aggregate, during any calendar month.
Rule 5: gcsrss.com™ may suspend service to any Website that is detrimental to the enjoyment of gcsrss.com's other clients, network, or business operations.
In the event of a dispute regarding these rules, gcsrss.com™ may determine at its sole discretion that a violation of these rules occured. Customers utilizing bandwidth in excess of plan limitations or in violation of these rules, will pay the applicable rate for excess bandwidth (currently $0.02 per MB).
